About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, focused, and calm team member to join our front of house team.
This role is structured and task-based. You will be working within clear procedures and are expected to complete tasks accurately and consistently, even during busy periods.
The role includes:
Taking customer orders
Making coffees according to our recipes
Packing takeaway orders
Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
This position is approximately 12–20 hours per week. Shifts are 10:30–15:00 and 15:00–20:00, scheduled three months in advance, with the option to swap shifts internally.
There may be opportunities for additional hours over time.

Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided — attention to detail and willingness to learn matter more than confidence.
About the Company
Wild Kiwi Pies is a New Zealand inspired bakery, specialising in the production from scratch of meat, vegan and sweet pies. We make everything on site on a daily basis and sell to public and businesses as well as events.
